I believe all my clients are creative, resourceful and able. My clients work toward heightened self awareness to facilitate confident decision-making, enhancing their leadership, genuineness and interpersonal relationships. Creativity is awakened and new avenues can be explored, leaving old patterns behind.

Gestalt is an excellent experiential methodology for coaching because the process gets clients into their bodies so they can feel, rather than stay in their heads where they can rationalize any behaviour. In Gestalt, the self is an agent of change in the coaching process. As your coach I am always present and available, using myself as an agent of change for you.
