I have been fortunate to have the opportunity to work with, learn from, observe and coach respected leaders. My unique background combines consulting, communications, therapy, coach training and mentoring. I have over 20 years of work experience consulting in a Fortune 500 company and running successful companies. My formal instruction includes a Master's degree and three years of leadership training at the graduate level in addition to coach training. I have written extensively on coaching, communication, authentic leadership, peak performance coaching, goal setting and emotional intelligence. In addition I run workshops and facilitate seminars in communication, innovation, leadership, team building and work/life balance that have helped reinvigorate innovation and direction of corporations and it's leaders.
