I have been fortunate to have the opportunity to work with, learn from, observe and advise respected leaders. My unique background combines consulting, communications, counseling, coach training and mentoring. I have over 20 years of work experience consulting in a Fortune 500 company and running successful companies. My formal instruction includes a Master's degree and three years of leadership training at the graduate level in addition to coach training. I have written extensively on coaching, communication, authentic leadership and emotional intelligence and led seminars that have helped reinvigorate the health, innovation and direction of corporations.
